Directions to the Farm from the A39

We don't recommend using your Sat Nav as you may find it directs to Horner via B roads/country lanes.

Once you get onto the A39, it's approx. 28 miles to West Luccombe, Horner Farm.(1 hour )

When you get near Minehead, keep left on the A39 towards Porlock / Lynmouth.

Later on, do not turn left for Luccombe. Wait for West Luccombe.

You eventually bypass a village called Allerford, still on the A39.

Left bend, then a right bend in the road, still A39.

After half a mile ish, turn left for West Luccombe, and Horner.

Keep on this little road for .9 of a mile, until you come to Horner Farm on left.

You will pass Burrowhayes farm on the right, over a little bridge.

Past a public Car Park and toilets on the left and past Horner Tea Gardens on the left. Just past the Tea Gardens, turn left into Horner Farm, very slowly, as ther is a concrete speed bump. You should see the sign Horner Farm: Horses and Ponies for hire. 

Go very slowly over the concrete  speed hump, then immediately turn right into the stony drive.  Drive up to the front of the house and park. Enter the house through the front door. Accomm. list is in the kitchen on the left. Living room straight in front of you.
